This privacy policy describes how itsensor.ee collects, uses, and protects your personal data.
The data controller is OÜ itsensor, which is responsible for your data under GDPR (EU 2016/679) and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act.
What data we collect
To process orders: name, email, phone, delivery address, payment info.
From business customers additionally: company name, registry code, VAT number.
Browsing automatically: IP address, browser type, page visit data (necessary for shop functionality and statistics).
How we use your data
To fulfil orders and respond to customer service inquiries.
To comply with legal obligations (accounting, VAT).
To improve the service and analyse statistics.
Data retention
We retain order data for 7 years per the Estonian Accounting Act.
Customer service email correspondence is retained for up to 3 years.
Data sharing
We share your data only with parties necessary for order fulfilment: suppliers (warehousing), couriers (delivery), payment processor (Montonio).
We do not sell or rent your data to third parties for marketing.
Cookies
We use cookies for core shop functionality and anonymous statistics. Cookie settings can be changed via the "Cookie settings" button at the bottom of the page.
Your rights
